Charlie Ambelang directs the organizational learning and development programs for staff as well as leadership development initiatives for front-line supervisors, middle managers and senior leadership. He also works with managers and teams to improve performance; change organizational culture and structure; improve communication; and resolve workplace conflict. Charlie works with leaders at all levels in the design and delivery of retreats, customized workshops and management coaching.
