Cheryl supports the learning and development programs for staff as well as leadership development initiatives for front-line supervisors, middle managers and senior leadership. She also works with managers and teams to improve performance; change organizational culture; improve communication; and resolve workplace conflict. Cheryl works with leaders at all levels in the design and delivery of retreats, customized workshops as well as leadership and management coaching.
