Eréndira is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable labor and employment law, developing policy, and advising on Human Resources strategies that support University priorities. She advices on best practices and serves as a member of the Department’s management team. Eréndira also works closely with University supervisors, particularly in the area of employee relations and progressive discipline issues.

Eréndira joined Santa Clara University in 2011. Prior to coming to the University, Eréndira was an Associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP for five years. Eréndira received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
