Eréndira is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable administrative, municipal, state, and federal employment laws and for developing and advising on Human Resources strategies that support University priorities. She advises on best practices and serves as a member of the Department's management team. Eréndira also works closely with department managers in an effort to provide HR service, particularly in the area of employee relations and progressive discipline issues.
