Molly McDonald JD '95, is the Executive Assistant to the President. She has also served as Director of Human Resources. As the Director she provided leadership and management for the human resources organization, programs and services, including strategic planning, policy development and administration, organization consulting, staffing, training and development, employee and labor relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, human resource information systems and on campus child care.
