SCU Access

SCU Faculty, Staff, and Students can access the on-campus view of the Phonebook from anywhere by logging in using a valid SCU Groupwise username and password. The on-campus view includes direct phone and email contact information for everyone in the Phonebook, and your Groupwise login will give you access to this information even when you're viewing the Phonebook from off-campus.

For SCU Faculty and Staff listed in the Phonebook, your login will also allow you to update how your Phonebook contact information is displayed for on- or off-campus viewers, and add or modify a photo and description to accompany your contact information.

trouble logging in?

Your SCU Network ID (Novell) username and password are the same credentials that you use for logging in to Campus PC computers, the SCU wireless network, the Room Reservation System, and other protected campus resources. If you are having difficulty with this password, call the IT Help Desk at x5700 (408-554-5700), or visit the Help Desk on the 3rd floor of the Learning Commons Library.
